02What we collect
When you buy: your name, email and order details, collected by Lemon Squeezy. When you ask for the free plan on Instagram: your username through our messaging tool, and your email if you choose to share it. We also use basic site statistics that don't identify you.
03Why we use it
To deliver what you bought or asked for, answer your messages, handle refunds and — only if you agreed — send occasional recipes and offers.
04Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: payments (Lemon Squeezy), our email service, our Instagram messaging tool and hosting (Cloudflare). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
05Emails
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
06Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work, plus privacy-friendly statistics.
07How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires. Your email for marketing until you unsubscribe.
08Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at hiros.kitchen.okinawa@gmail.com. If you live in the EU, the UK or California, you have extra rights under GDPR or CCPA, and we will honour them.
